Open Steam- Open Steam
Launch the Steam client on your computer or open store.steampowered.com and sign in.
- “Games” → “Activate a Product on Steam…”
In the client’s top menu, choose “Games”, then “Activate a Product on Steam…”.
- Enter the key
Copy the key from the order page, paste it into the field and confirm. The game will appear in your library.
Key doesn't activate?
- “This key has already been activated”Check your library — the game may already have been added. If not, contact support and we’ll replace the key.
- “Not available in your region”The key is for another region. Check the region label on the product page — we’ll refund you if the label said “Works in Ukraine”.
- “Invalid key”Copy the key with the “Copy” button — that way you won’t mix up 0 and O, or 1 and I.
Still not working — we'll replace the key or refund you within 24 hours.
