In short: the key arrives right after payment; if it doesn’t activate, we’ll replace it or refund you within 24 hours; an activated key can’t be refunded.
1. General provisions
These Terms govern your use of the Cheaper Games site and the purchase of digital activation keys. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Terms.
The seller of the goods is Cheaper Games or a verified seller named on the product page. The Cheaper Games guarantee applies to every purchase regardless of the seller.
2. Goods and delivery
The goods are a digital key (activation code) for the specified platform and region. No physical media is shipped.
The key is available on the order page right after payment is confirmed and is also sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in hryvnias and include all taxes. No payment fee is charged. The order amount is fixed at the moment of checkout.
4. Activation and regional restrictions
Before buying, check the key’s platform and region. The “Works in Ukraine” label means the key activates on a Ukrainian account without any extra steps.
5. Refunds
If a key doesn’t activate for reasons beyond the buyer’s control, we will replace it or refund the payment within 24 hours of your request. An activated key can’t be refunded.
6. Liability
Cheaper Games is not responsible for account bans caused by the buyer breaking a platform’s rules, or for changes to platform terms after activation.
