Right after payment is confirmed — on the order page and by email. It usually takes up to 30 seconds. If the email hasn’t arrived, check your spam folder or open the order using the link in your receipt.
Yes. Turn on “Buying as a gift” in the cart — at checkout you’ll enter your friend’s email and name and a greeting. The key goes to them, and the receipt comes to you.
No. An email is enough — your keys and receipt will be sent there. You’ll only need an account to see all your orders in one place.
Payment
Visa and Mastercard cards from any bank, Apple Pay, Google Pay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).
No, the price on the site is final. We cover the payment system fees ourselves.
No. If the bank declines a payment, you aren’t charged and your cart is kept. Try another card or Apple Pay / Google Pay.
Keys and activation
Check your platform library — the game may already have been added. If not, contact support with your order number: we’ll replace the key or refund you.
The key activates on a Ukrainian account without a VPN or changing your region. If such a key fails to activate because of the region, we’ll refund you.
For Steam, use the “Activate on Steam” button on the order page: the key will already be filled in. Step-by-step instructions for all platforms are in the “Key activation” section.
Refunds
If the key doesn’t activate for reasons beyond your control. An activated key can’t be refunded.
We decide within 24 hours of your request. The money reaches your card in 1–5 banking days.
Random keys
A random Steam game from the tier’s pool: Bronze — indie games and classics, Silver — popular hits, Gold — guaranteed from 500 ₴, Legendary — guaranteed from 1,200 ₴. You’ll see what you got after you open the key.
We don’t repeat games from your previous purchases on Cheaper Games. We can’t check games you bought elsewhere.
Extension
On a game page in the Steam store, it shows our price and lets you buy a key in 1 click. It also notifies you when the price drops on games from your wishlist.
Yes, completely. You only pay for the keys you buy — at the same price as on the site.
Not to see prices. For 1-click purchases you need an account with a saved payment method; without one, the button opens the regular checkout on the site.
No, the extension works in desktop browsers. On your phone, buy on the site — the prices are the same.
