In short: if a key didn’t activate, we’ll replace it or refund you within 24 hours; an activated key can’t be refunded; the money goes back the same way you paid.
1. When we refund
The key doesn’t activate (already used, invalid, or for another region despite the “Works in Ukraine” label).
Payment was charged, but no key was issued within 24 hours.
2. When a refund isn’t possible
The key has already been activated on your account, or you changed your mind after opening the key on the order page (the moment of issue is recorded for the guarantee).
3. How to submit a request
Contact support with your order number and a screenshot of the activation error. We usually resolve it within minutes — by replacing the key or refunding you.
4. Timing
We decide within 24 hours. Money reaches your card in 1–5 banking days depending on the bank; crypto payments are returned to the sender’s wallet.
