Activation on PlayStationCopy the key from the order page and follow the steps below.
Open PS Store- Open PlayStation Store
On the console, open “PlayStation Store”; in a browser, go to store.playstation.com with the same account.
- “…” → “Redeem Codes”
On the console, press “…” at the top of the store; in a browser, click your avatar → “Redeem Codes”.
- Enter the code
Enter the 12-digit code from the order page and confirm. The game will appear in your library.
Key doesn't activate?
- “This key has already been activated”Check your library — the game may already have been added. If not, contact support and we’ll replace the key.
- “Not available in your region”The key is for another region. Check the region label on the product page — we’ll refund you if the label said “Works in Ukraine”.
- “Invalid key”Copy the key with the “Copy” button — that way you won’t mix up 0 and O, or 1 and I.
Still not working — we'll replace the key or refund you within 24 hours.
