Activation on XboxCopy the key from the order page and follow the steps below.
Open redeem.microsoft.com- Open the redemption page
Go to redeem.microsoft.com or, on the console: “Store” → “Redeem a code”.
- Sign in to your Microsoft account
The same account you use on your console or in the Xbox app on PC.
- Enter the 25-character code
Copy the key from the order page, paste it and confirm.
Key doesn't activate?
- “This key has already been activated”Check your library — the game may already have been added. If not, contact support and we’ll replace the key.
- “Not available in your region”The key is for another region. Check the region label on the product page — we’ll refund you if the label said “Works in Ukraine”.
- “Invalid key”Copy the key with the “Copy” button — that way you won’t mix up 0 and O, or 1 and I.
Still not working — we'll replace the key or refund you within 24 hours.
